Radish and Sour Cream Salad

So why not put them in the spotlight as the only vegetable in the salad? In this recipe the bite of radish is cooled with rich, creamy sour cream.
Serves: 2-4
Ingredients
4 cups
sliced radishes
2 tsps
white wine vinegar
5 tbls
sour cream
3 tbls
minced chives
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Step by Step Instructions
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving. Excellent alongside spicy dishes like curries.
