Are there membership fees?
To help us provide farm tours, educational programs, and to help us with our overhead costs, we ask that you pay a non-refundable annual membership fee of $30 per household for one calendar year. You are welcome to order from us twice before the membership is automatically debited from your account upon ordering for the third time.
Will I have to buy vegetables I don't want?
Unlike some co-ops, buying clubs, or CSAs where everyone gets the same box of stuff (and you don’t know what you’re getting until you get it), with Rose Creek Farms Coop you get to order what you want, in the quantities that you want, from the farms that you want. The weekly email lists the produce, milled products, fresh flowers, and artisan goods available that week, and you can browse the items on this website before you place your order.
How do I order?
Customers must place their order for the week no later than Monday at 9:00 a.m. of the market closing date. Orders can be placed here on our website. Ordering through this web site is our preferred method as it is designed to reduce the amount of time it takes us to process orders as well as provide you with detailed information about our products.
How and when do I pay?
When you place an order, you are committing to paying for those items ordered. We take payment in several ways:
1. You can pay with your credit card or apply a deposit onto your account for you to drawdown over time. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards.
2. You can pay into your account in advance via check by mail and draw down over time. This is a very convenient method, since you only have to think about it every once in a while, but you can also:
Pay in person cash or check for “use toward the next weeks orders only” when you pick up your order, we will have already paid the growers for you on your behalf. If you fail to come pick up your items, you are still expected to pay for the ordered amount, no refunds.
- Please pay your annual non-refundable membership fee of $30.00. You are free to order twice from us before the membership fee is removed automatically from your account.
*Once your check is received and processed you may then purchase up to the amount of credit you have on your account. - Please send your check in the mail. Please do not send cash by mail. Please mail checks to:

Why Support Locally Grown?
Enhance your local economy: By purchasing produce and other items from local growers you are providing stability to your local economy through the support of local businesses.
Save natural resources: Buying locally makes you an invaluable link in the process of saving resources such as fossil fuels and packaging materials. Also, we are right here in your community so the expense of transportation and delivery is kept to a minimum.
Provide learning opportunities: Locally Grown supporters provide member growers the means to help educate our community about the importance of sustainable agriculture.
Supporting a way of life: The number of small farms in the United States has decreased dramatically in the last decade. Please help us preserve an honest and worthy means of making a living.
We believe that small, diverse, family-owned farms contribute to society’s overall health.
How can I sell through this market?
If you’ve already created a customer account here, simply go to Our Growers and click on ‘Join this Market’. This will add you to our system and our market managers will contact you with the next step. We do charge a one-time-only fee of $50 (which we can deduct from your sales) as well as 10% of your overall sales. Like at a traditional farmers’ market, you do get to set your own prices and list your items as you wish. Contact “coop@rosecreekfarms.com” if you want more information.
When do I need to be at the pick up site to get my order?
You need to be at the pick up site exactly at the time specified. We will give you a call at the contact number you give us if we don’t see you, however, the driver can not wait long. If you miss picking up your order, you will have to come out to the farm to pick it up or wait for the next weeks delivery to your area. Please be advised that perishible products on a missed pick up are not replaced or refunded.
What happens when I get to the pick up site?
When you get there: We will have the orders sorted out and ready for you to check off and go. The delivery driver will have your order ready providing you with an itemized list of items you ordered. You and the driver will go over your list together to make sure your order is completed and no items are missing. Please sign your receipt and return it to the driver before you go. Please bring your own tote bag to carry your order home. We do not supply sacks or totes.
Who do I contact if I have a question about an item I have ordered?
Please contact the farmer you bought it from. All the products have the farmer or farm name it came from clearly marked when you purchase it. All other questions please contact Rose Creek Farms at “coopeast@rosecreekfarms.com”.
Are there taxes or other charges added to my order?
The growers set their own prices, and are all-inclusive, including any taxes (like gasoline at the gas station, or food at the airport). Since the growers are selling directly to you, they (not RCF) are responsible for collecting and reporting sales and other taxes.
What is the Market Surcharge fee I see at checkout?
The Market Surcharge fee is a 10% fee added on to every order. This fee helps pay for the delivery costs to get your order from the farm to you.
How often does the market deliver?
We are delivering every two weeks right now. We do have plans in the future to deliver every week.
Do you take credit cards?
We do accept credit cards. However it is a good idea to add to your account via cash or check, because credit cards will have an additional fee of 3% added at check out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards
